How do I contact you?
You may fill Contact us form or write to info@academyofpatents.com; or connect@academyofpatents.com and we will get back to you at the earliest possible. In case of any urgent query, you can give us a call at +91 9810473349 (Mon-Sat: 10 AM - 6 PM).
What will be the mode and timing of the sessions?
The sessions will be a mix of recorded modules and interactive live classes. The recorded session can be accessed anytime on you personalised dashboard while, the live classes will happen post working hours (7PM onwards). The recording of these live classes will also be availabe in your dashboard.
How long will it take to get access to the courses?
Your credentials to access the course will be delivered to your email within few minutes of the course purchase. The recorded modules and study material will be available immidiately in the dashboard. However, live classes will happen as per the prior scheduled dates and timings.
If the classes will be conducted in Hindi or in English?
The classes will be in English.
Is there a group that I can join after purchasing the course?
Yes, you will be added in a WhatsApp group/community wherein you may share your questions, discuss and connect with your batch mates etc.
Can I cancel my purchase if I don’t like it? Will I get a refund?
Yes, you may cancel your course within 2 days of purchase and receive a full refund (except taxes and payment gateway charges). After 2 days and until the end of 1 week (7 days), you may cancel and receive a 50% refund (except taxes and payment gateway charges). You must intimate us for the refund at info@academyofpatents.com within the applicable time limits. No refund will be offered after the 1st week.
